Summit Radiology's office houses both billing and administrative personnel. Our hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is located in the Westland Center on the southwest side of Fort Wayne in the Time Corners area.

When your services are provided in a hospital setting, you will receive an invoice from Summit Radiology, P.C. for the interpretation of your radiology exam(s). You will also receive an invoice from the hospital for the service provided by the hospital in the taking of your radiology exam(s).

When your services are provided at MD Imaging St. Joe, MD Imaging Lake or MD Imaging Lutheran, you will receive an invoice from Summit Radiology, P.C. for the interpretation of your radiology exam(s). You will also receive an invoice from MD Imaging for the service provided by the clinic in the taking of your radiology exam(s).
